Customize tracking page

The main function of the custom tracking page on envia.com is to offer you the ability to customize the tracking of your shipments, providing a unique and specific experience for your customers. This page allows you to customize it by adding your own branding and style.
Steps to customize my tracking page
- Access envia.com and go to Buyer experience > Tracking page
- Click New, and select a template.
- In General settings, do the following:
- In Description, provide a description of your tracking page. This description will help you identify the template in use.
- In Destination country, select the countries where your tracking page will be displayed. This step is important to ensure that your tracking page is available to your customers in the countries where you ship.
- In StoresChoose the ecommerce platforms on which your tracking page will be available. (Be sure to set up a separate tracking page for shipments you ship from our platform.)

Columns | Select a predefined pattern or add columns. Customize column and row properties. |

Divider | Insert a line and adjust its width and alignment. |
Menu | Add the elements you need and customize its style. |
These options allow you to adapt the design and interactivity of the tracking page to your brand and the needs of your customers.
