Access envia.com and go to Buyer experience > SMS Messages
Activate notification channels
- WhatsApp notifies when labels are created, sent, information and delivered.
- SMS notifies when a tag is created.
Templates for WhatsApp are ready to use. Shipping information is automatically inserted into variables based on order specifications.
