Temu

By connecting your Temu store with Envia.com you will be able to manage all your shipments from one place.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • An active Temu Seller Center account.
  • An active Envia.com account.
  • Access to the Apps and Services section of your Seller Center.

Connect Envia.com with your Temu store

In this first part you will generate an access token, a unique key that allows Envia.com to communicate with your store securely directly from your Temu merchant panel.

1. Log in to your Temu account.

2. Inside your Temu Seller Center, locate the section Apps and Services button and select Manage your apps. Then click on Authorize a new app.

3. In the App Store search engine, type “Envia Shipping”, locate the application and click on Authorize.

4. Define how long the access will be valid. We recommend you to select 1 year to avoid having to repeat this process earlier than necessary. Keep all permissions selected and click Submit.

5. Temu will show you a unique Access Token. Copy it and keep it in a safe place; you will need it in Part 2.

    ⚠️ Important: The Access Token is like a password. Do not share it with anyone outside the Envia.com platform.


    Connect your Temu store on Envia.com

    1. Visit envia.com and go to Ecommerce Pro > Connect Store.

    2. Click on the button Integrate my ecommerce button and select Temu.

    3. Complete the fields that appear on the screen with the information of your store:

    • Name: the name of your store as it appears in Temu.
    • App_key: application key assigned by Temu.
    • App_secret: secret key of the application assigned by Temu.
    • Access_token: the token you copied in step 5 of Part 1.
    • Site Region: region of your store. Select Global if your store operates in the Americas, except the United States.

    4. Click on Create.

    5. Check the email address registered in Envia.com and click on Continue.

    You're done! Your Temu store is now integrated with Envia.com.

    Set up your store on Envia.com

    These settings are made directly from your Envia.com panel. They are essential for the integration to work properly.

    Establish where your shipments leave from and what packaging you use. This is necessary for collecting and quoting.
