Steps to cancel a label
- Access envia.com and go to Shipping > My shipments
- Identify the label you want to cancel
- Click on the 3 dots within the section on Actions button and select Cancel
💡Important note. Within 24 hours you will see the cancellation reflected in your account.
FAQ
What are the criteria for canceling my label once it has been generated?
- The label is not used for 5 days after its creation.
- The label was generated due to an involuntary user error during the label generation process.
