Steps to cancel a label
- Access envia.com and go to Shipping > My shipments
- Identify the label you want to cancel
- Click on the 3 dots within the section on Actions button and select Cancel
💡Important note. Within 24 hours you will see the cancellation reflected in your account.
Automatic cancellation of unused labels
Labels created on Envia.com that are not used within 60 days will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded to your account without manual intervention.
How does it work?
- If a label is not used within 60 days, it will be automatically canceled.
- The money from the label will be refunded to your account immediately.
- You will receive a daily notification with the canceled labels.
- In My Shipments you can check the canceled labels, their expiration date, and the reason for cancellation.
