Guide to the "My Shipments" section
Do you want to have full control of all your shipments without complications? The section My Shipments on your Envia.com account allows you to to follow up, implement quick actions and resolve any situationsall from a single panel. Whether you have one or hundreds of shipments, this tool is made to facilitate your operation.
View the status of your shipments
When entering My ShipmentsThe first thing you will see is a summary with cards that clearly show you the overall status of your packages:
- Createdhow many guides you have generated.
- Picked UpThe packages that have already been picked up by the parcel service.
- In Transitthose who are on their way to their destination.
- Out for Deliveryare about to arrive.
- Delivered vs.how many arrived correctly.
- Orders with Issuesif there were any problems.
- Returned to Senderthose who came back to you.

Use filters to find shipments easily
Below the metrics summary, you have a search bar and advanced filters to quickly find any shipment:
- By tracking number and Order ID
- By recipient's name
- By parcels used
- By state (created, delivered, reimbursed, etc.)
- By date range

Interpret the shipping table
Each row in the table represents an individual shipment. Here you will see key data such as:
- Parcel and tracking number (you can click on the guide)
- Current status of the shipment
- Origin and destination
- Package dimensions and weight
- Cost
- Internal notes (for you or your team to add information)
- Date of creation
You can also mark any shipment as a favorite ⭐ideal for tracking important orders.

Gives complete follow up to each guide
By clicking on the waybill number, you access a more detailed view with all the information about that shipment:
- Step-by-step traceability
- Related order to shipment
- Status sharing buttons by WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail

Actions you can apply for each shipment
Click on the three dots icon to open a menu with the available actions:
- See guide - See all the details of the guide.
- Download guide - Get the PDF of the label.
- Download manifesto - If you have collected, download the list.
- Track shipment - Access the trace view.
- Upload evidence of shipment - Attach photos or receipts.
- Problem with my shipment - Easily report incidents.
- Return guide - Generates a return shipment.
- Resend shipment - Use the same data for another shipment.
- Request pickup - Ask them to pick up your package.
- Commercial invoice - Required for some international shipments.
- Cancel label only if it has not been collected.

Do you handle a lot of shipments? Use the bulk functions
At the top right of the table, you have shortcuts to apply actions on several shipments at once:
- Export CSV orders - Perfect for analyzing your data.
- Download manifests - In block for group collections.
- Cancel several guides at the same time - Select several and cancel at once.
- Download guides - Ideal if you need to print all of them.
This is very useful if you run an ecommerce or high volume operation.
