Origin locations and packages

Configuring the location of origin and packages in Ecommerce Pro is key to guaranteeing the efficient management of your shipments. By setting this data, you ensure that rates and delivery times are calculated accurately, while defining the details of your packages allows you to optimise the shipping process, avoiding errors in weight or dimensions.

1. Go to Ecommerce Pro Store settings
2. Select you store
3. Add your shipping addresses and package details

Configure Origin Locations

Locate the Origin Locationsadd the shipping address of your orders and manage multiple locations simplifying the management of all your warehouses from one place. Mark with a star (⭐) the package you use most frequently.

• Click Add
• Provides the requested information, which includes:
  • Full name
  • Phone
  • Country
  • Street and number
  • Zip code and neighborhood
  • City and state
  • Reference

Configure packages

Locate the Packages and customise your packages by specifying the sizes and weights you use most often in your shipments. Add at least one package and mark with a star (⭐) the package you use most often.

To add the detail of your packages and speed up the shipping process, you have two options:

1. Manually

• Click Add
• Complete the requested data:
  • Name
  • Content
  • Unit (kg/cm or lb/in)
  • Dimensions (length, width, height)
  • Weight (kg/g or lb/oz)

2. By means of an excel file

• Locate the Upload packages (xlsx) button and click on the three dots
• Download the template and complete all columns correctly
• Once your file is complete, click on Upload packages (xlsx) and select your file
• The packages will be added automatically.

Note. You can add as many addresses and packages as necessary. This will facilitate the management of your shipments.
