Multicompanies on Envia.com
The functionality of multicompanies allows you to manage multiple companies from a single Envia.com account, without the need for multiple logins or separate accounts. If you operate under different company names or brands, you can switch between them immediately from the platform.
Each company has its own balance, shipments, settings and users. When changing companies, only the information corresponding to the currently active company is displayed.
Switch between companies
Log in to your Envia.com account.
2. In the upper right corner, click on the company selector to see the list of companies linked to your account.
3. Select the company you wish to switch to.
4. The platform will automatically update the data, permissions and balance of the selected company. There is no need to log out.
Note: All actions (create shipments, view reports, manage users) apply only to the company active in the selector at that moment.
Add a new company
You can create a new company directly from the platform, without contacting support.
1. In the upper right hand corner, click on the company selector.
2. Select Add new company.
3. Fill in the required data: company name and choose the country of origin.
4. Click on Save.
The new company will immediately appear in your selector list. You will automatically be their Super Administrator and you can invite users and configure it independently.
How to invite a user to your company
Only the Super Administrators can invite users.
Go to the section Users.
2. In user settings click on the button +Add.
3. Add the email address of the user you want to invite.
4. Assign a role: Admin, Sales, Customer and Support.
5. Click Create user.
6. The user will receive an email to accept or reject the invitation.
The invitation is valid for 48 hours. If it is not accepted within that period, it will automatically expire.
If the invited user does not yet have an Envia.com account, they will receive a link to create one and join your company at the same time.
Remove a user from your company
Go to the section Users.
2. Locate the user you wish to delete.
3. Click on the options icon (⋮) button and select Deactivate.
4. Confirm the action in the confirmation message.
The user loses access immediately. If you belong to other companies, your access to those companies will not be affected.
Important things to know
- One user, multiple roles: You can have a different role in each company. For example, be Super Admin in one and have a Support role in another.
- The data are independent: The balance, shipments and settings for each carrier are completely separate. When you change carriers, you will only see what corresponds to that carrier.
- You do not need multiple accounts: Everything is managed from the same email and password.
- The shares apply to the active company: You can only operate (create shipments, view reports, manage users) within the company you have selected at that moment.
- If your main company was deactivated but you have access to another, the platform will automatically redirect you to an available company.
FAQ
Can I belong to companies in different countries?
Currently each company is associated with a country. If you need to operate in multiple countries, you are required to have one company per country.
What if the guest user does not have an Envia.com account?
You will receive an email with a link to create your account and join your company directly at the same time.
Can I remove a user from my company?
Yes, from the Users, Super Administrators can remove users from their company at any time.
