Why does the message "Store already installed" appear?

If you try to integrate your ecommerce store with Envia.com and you see the following message Store already installedmeans that this store was previously linked to another Envia.com account.

Steps to resolve it

So that the support team can help you release the store:

  1. Copy the exact link (URL) of the page where the "Store already installed" message appears.
  2. Send this link to the support team.
  3. Be sure to use the correct username associated with the store, especially if you are connecting a marketplace.

ℹ️ This link contains the identifier needed to locate and unlink the store from the previous account.

Important considerations

When the system asks you for the name of the store, you must enter your marketplace username, not the name of the platform.
For example, if you sell on Amazon, do not write "Amazon", but your registered user name.
Entering the marketplace name may generate the error "Store already installed".
