Why does the message "Store already installed" appear?

    If you try to integrate your ecommerce store with Envia.com and you see the following message Store already installedmeans that this store was previously linked to another Envia.com account.

    In order for the support team to help you release the store, they need you to share the exact link to the page (URL) where the "Store already installed" message appears. This link contains the identifier needed to locate it.
