Automatic reloading

Avoid running out of credit and keep your shipments active without interruptions. With this feature you can set up automatic recharges that are triggered when your account goes below the limit you define.

Automatic payment allows you to define:

• A minimum balance (limit that will trigger the recharge)
• A fixed recharge amount (amount to be paid each time it is activated)

When your account falls below the minimum balance, the system automatically recharges from your favorite card, without you having to intervene.

ℹ️ Only the user with SuperAdmi role can activate this function.

Steps to activate automatic reloading

Log in to your Envia.com account.

2. Go to the Settings section > Methods of payment

3. Click on the option Automatic payment to enable the functionality.

ℹ️ If you already have cards registered, the system will automatically select the card marked as favorite.

4. If you want to change the default card, click on Manage payment methods and mark another card as a favorite using ⭐️. That card will be assigned for automatic payments. (Optional)

5. Set the recharge parameters.

• Minimum balance: Limit above which the recharge is activated.
• Amount to recharge: Fixed amount to be automatically debited.

6. Click on Save configuration.

7. Every time an automatic recharge is executed, you will receive a notification with the details of the movement by WhatsApp and email.

ℹ️ Make sure you have a valid payment method registered with Ecart Pay and that your account is verified before activating the automatic recharge.
