View Proof of Delivery (POD) for your shipments
Proof of Delivery (POD) allows you to confirm that a package was delivered correctly without the need to contact support or the parcel service. With this functionality you can obtain evidence of delivery, such as signatures or photographs, and follow up in case of claims or returns.
What is the POD and what is it for?
The POD (Proof of Delivery) is a document that confirms the successful delivery of your package. It can include the recipient's signature, photographs or digital receipts issued by the courier. With this feature you can:
- Validate the delivery of your shipments in seconds.
- To have evidence in case of claims or returns.
- Avoid contacting support or carriers for confirmation.
Packages available
This functionality is available for shipments made with:
- DHL
- FedEx
- Estafeta
- UPS
- 99 minutes
Steps to consult the POD on the platform
Log in to your Envia.com account.
Go to the section My Shipments.

3. Search for the shipment with status Delivered of the indicated parcels.
4. Click on the three-dot menu located on the right and select Proof of delivery.

ℹ️ Available for shipments in Mexico, United States, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Spain, France, Italy, Canada and Guatemala.
Not all shipments apply, it depends on the carrier and the type of service.
