Accept payments at your EcartPay store

Table of contents

Selling online is about much more than just shipping packages. You also need a secure and easy way to process payments. EcartPay is the payment solution integrated with Envia.com that lets you accept payments directly in your store, without having to use third-party services or deal with complicated setup processes.

When you activate EcartPay, your customers can pay with a credit card, cash, interest-free installments, and other payment methods—all within your store and without being redirected to another page.

💡 EcartPay charges a fee starting at 0.4% per transaction. There are no activation fees or monthly fees.

    Checkout Options for Shopify

If your store is on Shopify, you'll see two options available. You can only have one active at a time:

    • Transparent Checkout (Most Popular). Customers pay directly on your site without leaving your store. It accepts credit and debit cards, offers interest-free installments, and features advanced fraud protection. It’s the option that generates the most conversions because it doesn’t interrupt the checkout process.
    • EcartPay Checkout. It accepts a wider variety of payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. It includes a self-billing portal for your customers and advanced fraud protection.

⚠️ If you want to switch from one option to another, you must first disable the current option and then install the new one.

    FAQ

Is there an activation fee? No. A fee is charged only for successful transactions, starting at 0.4%.

Can I use EcartPay if I already have another active payment processor? It depends on your platform. Some platforms allow multiple payment methods at the same time. Check your platform's documentation to confirm this.

Are payments reflected in "My Shipments"? No. EcartPay handles payments for your sales, not for your shipments. You can view your payment history on the EcartPay billing portal.

What if my store isn't listed among the supported platforms? EcartPay is available for Shopify, Tiendanube, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and VTEX. If you use a different platform, this feature is not yet available to you.
