Packing Slip Settings

The packing slip (packing slip) It is the document that lists the items in an order for packing and verifying the contents. From Store settings You decide how it is printed alongside the guidelines and what information appears, so your warehouse team can work with the format they use every day.

Steps to Set Up the Packing Slip

  1. Sign in to Envia.com
  2. Go to Ecommerce Pro section and click on Store settings.
  3. Select the Set Up Packing Slip.
  4. Choose how the packing slip is printed and what information to display. When you're done, select Save.

Choose how to print

Choose one of these three options. Use this when you generate or download packing slips along with the waybills.

Optimize the printing of packing slips.

Combine multiple packing slips onto a single sheet to use less paper.

Print the packing slip after the waybills.

Print each packing slip on the sheet immediately following its guide.

Print the packing slip along with the label (one sheet).

Combine the guide and the packing slip into a single document.

If you combine the instruction sheet and packing slip, the labels that use only part of the sheet may appear smaller.

Configure the document information

In General Settings You decide which fields appear and whether the packing slip is downloaded when generating shipping labels.

OptionWhat does it do?
Show Packaging ColumnAdd a column to mark each item as packed.
Show SKUDisplays the SKU code for each product.
Show dimensionsDisplays the product's dimensions.
Show descriptionDisplays the product name or description. If you disable this option, the document will not display the name or the dimensions listed below it; only the quantity and SKU will remain.
Multi-column articlesPrint the items in more than one column to fit more products per page. You don't choose the number: the system uses two columns if the description is visible and three if it's hidden.

The description is visible by default, and the articles are displayed in a single column.

Check the result

  1. Save the changes to Set Up Packing Slip.
  2. Go to Orders and download a packing slip for a test order.
  3. Confirm that the PDF matches the preview: print mode, visible blocks, and columns.
