Ecommerce Pro / Orders
Sync your Ecommerce Pro orders
When you have an online store connected to Envia.com, your orders are automatically synced. However, there are times when an order doesn't show up or needs to be updated: the customer made a last-minute change, there was a connection issue, or you simply want to make sure everything is up to date.
With the Ecommerce Pro synchronization menu, you have full control over which orders to synchronize, within which date range, and from which of your stores—all without interrupting your workflow.
Where can I find the sync menu?
- Log in to your Envia.com account.
- Go to Ecommerce Pro > Orders.
- At the top of the table, you'll see two items:
- The Refresh button — reloads the table while preserving the applied filters.
- The three-dot button (…) — opens the sync options menu.
Available synchronization options
| Option | What does it do? |
|---|---|
| Synchronize new orders | It includes orders that do not yet exist on Envia.com |
| Synchronize existing orders | Update the status of orders that have already been entered |
| Synchronize new and existing orders | Combine both actions into a single synchronization |
| Synchronize a specific order | Synchronize a one-time order by its ID number |
How to Synchronize Orders by Date Range
The first three options open a modal window where you can configure the settings:
- Select the date range. Use the quick options or customize:
- Today
- Last 3 days
- This week
- Customized
- Select the stores you want to include. You can search by name or check "Select All" to include them with a single click.
- Click "Sync" to get started.
How to Synchronize a Specific Order
If you know exactly which order you need to update:
- Select Synchronize a specific order from the menu.
- Select the store where that order originated.
- Enter the order number exactly as it appears on your e-commerce platform.
- Click Synchronize.
ℹ️ The order number is the identifier assigned by your platform (Shopify, Tiendanube, WooCommerce, etc.), not the Envia.com tracking number.
Synchronization Progress and Results
Once the synchronization is complete, you'll see the results in a modal with three columns: Store, Order, and Status. Each processed order appears with a green "Synchronized" badge.
Synchronization runs in the background. You can close or minimize the modal without stopping the process. While synchronization is in progress, a status button appears in the header so you can monitor the progress or reopen the modal whenever you want.
When it finishes, the order table is automatically updated.
⚠️ To cancel the process before it finishes, click the Cancel button in the progress modal.
Important Notes
ℹ️ The Refresh button only refreshes the table view with the applied filters. It does not retrieve new orders from your store. To sync, always use the three-dot menu.
💡 If an order doesn't appear after syncing, check that the date range matches when it was created on your e-commerce platform.
