Set up shipping carriers and services

In this section, you can manage which shipping carriers and services are active in your account. Enabling only the options you use helps keep the quote tool clean and focused on your actual options.

ℹ️ This section is only accessible to users with this role Admin or higher. The Support and Client roles do not have access.

How to Access

1. Log in to your Envia.com account
2. Go to Create shipment > Print options and Carriers.
3. You'll see a list of all the shipping carriers available for your country. You can filter by name using the search bar at the top.

Enable or disable a shipping carrier

Each package displays a badge showing its current status: Asset and Inactive.

To activate a shipping carrier:

1. Find the shipping carrier you want to activate.
2. Click on the badge Inactive or the button Activate.
3. The parcel service will be available immediately.

To deactivate a shipping carrier:

1. Click on the badge Asset or the button Services.
2. A confirmation modal will open. Click Deactivate to confirm.

ℹ️ When you deactivate a shipping carrier, it will no longer appear in the quote results. This does not affect shipping labels that have already been generated.

ℹ️ Some shipping companies may be disabled by the platform administrator and they cannot be reactivated from your account.

Enable or disable individual services

Each courier company offers a variety of services (for example: Express, Standard, Ground, International). You can enable only the ones you need.

1. Click the Services in the parcel delivery industry.
2. A modal window will open showing all available services.
3. Use the toggle next to each service to turn it on or off.

The main toggle at the top of the modal turns the feature on or off all services from that shipping company at the same time.

ℹ️ Services marked as disabled by the administrator cannot be modified from your account.

Filter by country

If your account operates in multiple countries, use the selector to Country to view the shipping carriers available in each region. The list updates automatically when you change the selected country.
