Change the email address

Need to change your email address on envia.com? We've made the process simple so you can do it in just a few steps.

Steps to change email address

  1. Log in to your envia.com account.
  2. In the left side menu, click on Settings and then select My company.
  3. Look for the Modify User button and click on it.
  4. In the email field, delete the current address and type in the new one.
  5. Save the changes.

And that's it! Your email address has been updated.

To make sure the change has been applied correctly, log out and log back in. During this process, you will be asked for verification for security reasons.

Remember that you can also update your phone number by following the same steps.

FAQ

Can I use an email that is already registered on another account?

No, you cannot use an email that is already registered on another account. If you try to do so, the platform will show you an error and will not allow you to continue. In this case, you should contact support for assistance.


Are there any restrictions to change the email on my account?

There are no restrictions, you can change your email at any time. However, if you log in on another device or after logging out, you will be asked to verify the new email through a verification message that you will receive in your inbox.
