Excel shipments

Steps to make mass shipments

1. Log in to envia.com and go to the Create Shipment > Create shipments with excel
2. You will see two sections; one to store the uploaded excel files and another to create shipments.
3. Download the provided template
4. Complete the shipping details, including origin, destination, package details, and any optional additional services.
5. Once you have completed the template, click Upload excel
6. Upload the file and all your submissions will be visible.
7. Choose if you want to quote the shipping service or create labels directly.

Recommendations

• Correct any errors and make sure you comply with the country specifications before uploading the excel
• Be careful when expanding cells to avoid errors.
• Perform a second validation on the platform after loading the Excel to ensure the correctness of the information.
• Please review the examples provided with the Excel templates, as the columns may vary by country.
