Pickups
A pickup is when the carrier collects the packages you already labeled. It is managed in Pickups.
It does not replace Create shipment. First you generate the label; then you request or review the pickup.
View pickups
Section titled “View pickups”- Go to shipping.envia.com.
- Open Pickups.
- Review the list: dates, carrier, and status.
Schedule a pickup
Section titled “Schedule a pickup”If your menu or screen offers adding a pickup:

Choose add pickup.

Enter the address, date, and the labels the carrier should collect.

Confirm. The request is added to the table.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I request a pickup without a label? No. Pickup is for labels already generated.
