Which Odoo module to use
Connecting Odoo to Envia lets you quote rates and create labels from your store orders. There is not one connector: there are three integration modules. Which one you can use depends on the plan (One App Free, Standard, or Custom) and whether the instance is Odoo Online or Odoo.sh. Pick the one that applies and open that flow.
None of them offer cash on delivery (COD).
Identify your plan
Section titled “Identify your plan”In Odoo, the plan appears when you subscribe or in the account (the One App Free, Standard, and Custom cards).
- Odoo Online is Odoo’s cloud (
yourdomain.odoo.com). - Odoo.sh is Custom hosting with a project, branches, and deployments.

The plugin has the most features if you are on Odoo.sh (Custom plan). If Envia Shipping is already installed, uninstall it before you switch to the plugin.

No. Those plans run on Odoo Online. The Envia.com plugin is for Odoo.sh (Custom plan).
Can I use two modules at the same time?
Do not mix the plugin with Envia Shipping. Uninstall Odoo’s module before you deploy the plugin.
