Envia fee invoicing system

Envia.com has implemented an invoicing system exclusive to Brazilian companies based on the Envia fee. This system lets you pay only for the services used, providing clear, transparent control of shipping costs and additional services.

What does it include?

• Shipments with movement: Only shipments that have been completed are invoiced.
• Additional services used: Services such as SMS, WhatsApp notifications, insurance, and others.
• Overweight charges: When they apply, they appear in the next billing period.

Billing cycle

• The billing cycle is monthly and closes automatically on the last day of each month
• Only completed shipments are invoiced
• Additional services (SMS, WhatsApp) are invoiced even if the shipment is canceled
• Extra charges, such as overweight with Envia fee, are applied in the next period if they apply

Steps to create your invoices

1. Sign in to envia.com
2. Go to Payments and billing > Monthly invoicing
3. Find the period with status Not invoiced and in Actions click the Create invoice button
4. The message Your invoice is ready will appear. Click the Download invoice button
5. A ZIP file will download containing two documents: the XML and the PDF of the debit note

Steps to view your invoices

1. In the Monthly invoicing section
2. Click the period you are interested in to see the full breakdown of your shipment charges by concept
3. You can click the Export to CSV button for more detailed control

Invoicing documents

XML notes

A digital file compatible with accounting systems that contains detailed technical information about the shipments and services charged.

Debit note

A document that details the charges and costs associated with the services used, serving as financial backup for the company. It includes:

• Issue date
• Provider and payer data
• Link to download the official Nota Fiscal
• Breakdown of shipments, services, and costs
• Intermediation costs and total invoiced

DACTE (Documento Auxiliar do Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico)

This document is available for shipments with Jadlog and Buslog. It is a receipt that accompanies shipments and contains key information for transport.

Steps to access the DACTE:

1. Go to the My shipments section
2. In Actions, click the three dots and select Search Dacte
3. You will be directed to the official lookup portal

Detailed cost breakdown on the invoice

Concept	Description
Base shipping cost	The main cost of the transportation service
Envia service fee	Commission for using the Envia platform
ISS	Tax on Services (2% applied to the service fee)
Additional services	SMS, WhatsApp (charged even if you cancel the shipment)
Surcharges	Extra charges such as overweight (reflected in the next period)

Special cases

• For Correios shipments, only intermediation is invoiced with a 2% ISS
• Insurance charges have special tax treatment
• International shipments may have additional tax considerations
