Bulk upload with an Excel template is the fastest way to update or add several products in Ecommerce Pro. However, it is important to fill in the fields correctly to avoid errors and make sure your information is registered properly.

Key elements in the template

Element	Description
ID (No edit)	Unique identifier for each product, ensuring a distinct reference.
Shop ID (No edit)	Identifies the specific store (ecommerce) associated with the product.
Name (No edit)	Product name, not subject to editing.
SKU (No edit)	Stock Keeping Unit, a unique identifier for each product to manage inventory.
Length	Product dimension in the length direction.
Width	Product dimension in the width direction.
Height	Product dimension in the height direction.
Weight	The product weight.
Weight Unit	Unit of measure for weight (for example, kilograms, pounds).
Length Unit	Unit of measure for dimensions (for example, centimeters, inches).
Require Shipping	Indicates whether the product requires shipping.
Harmonized System Code	A standardized system for naming and classifying products for international trade.
Made in (Country Code)	Country code that indicates the product origin.
Hazardous Material	Indicates whether the product is hazardous.
Fragile Product	Indicates whether the product is fragile or delicate.
Automatic Insurance	Indicates whether insurance is included automatically with the shipment.
Refrigerated Shipping	Indicates whether the product requires refrigerated shipping.

Avoid dragging values down in the Excel file, because this could change the dimensions and generate errors.
