Add addresses and packages
Saving your addresses and packages lets you quote and generate labels faster, without entering the same data every time. You can register multiple origins, destinations, and package types from the Settings section.
Steps to add addresses and packages
Section titled “Steps to add addresses and packages”- Sign in to your Envia.com account
- In the side menu, select Settings
- From there you access:
- Addresses → Origins: the locations you ship from.
- Addresses → Destinations: the locations you ship to frequently.
- Packages: the sizes and weights of the packaging you use regularly.
Origin addresses
Section titled “Origin addresses”-
Go to Settings > Addresses > Origins.

Click Add records.

Complete the form:
- Full name
- Company (optional)
- Email (optional)
- Phone
- Country
- Street and number
- ZIP code and neighborhood
- City and state
- RFC (optional, for Mexico)
- Address reference (optional)
- Alias (optional — a short name to identify it easily)

Turn on Mark as favorite if you want this address to be the default in your quotes.

Click Save.
Bulk upload origins via CSV
Section titled “Bulk upload origins via CSV”If you have many addresses, you can import them all at once:
- In the Origins section, click Upload records via CSV.
- Download the template, fill in all required columns, and save the file.
- Select the file and confirm the upload.
Destination addresses
Section titled “Destination addresses”Add a destination address
Section titled “Add a destination address”- Go to Settings > Addresses > Destinations.
- Click Add records.
- Complete the form with the same fields as in Origins (name, company, email, phone, country, address, alias, etc.).
- Turn on Mark as favorite if it applies.
- Click Save.
Analyze address with AI
Section titled “Analyze address with AI”When adding a destination address, you can use the Analyze with AI option to complete the form automatically:
- Voice: dictate the address out loud and the AI extracts the fields automatically.
- Image: upload or take a photo of the address (label, card, document) and the AI interprets it.
Review the extracted fields before saving to confirm the information is correct.
Bulk upload destinations via CSV
Section titled “Bulk upload destinations via CSV”The same process as origins: click Upload records via CSV, download the template, fill it in, and upload it.
Packages
Section titled “Packages”Add a package manually
Section titled “Add a package manually”-
Go to Settings > Packages.

Click Add records.

Complete the fields:
- Package name
- Contents
- Unit of measure (kg/cm or lb/in)
- Dimensions: length, width, height
- Weight

Click Save.
Bulk upload packages with Excel
Section titled “Bulk upload packages with Excel”If you handle many package types, you can import them all at once:

Click the three dots next to the Upload packages (xlsx) button.

Download the provided template.

Fill in all columns and save the file.

Click Upload packages (xlsx) and select your file.
