Automatic label generation

Automatic label generation is a feature that creates shipping labels automatically in Ecommerce Pro when you receive a new order from your online store, so you do not have to create them manually.

Requirements to turn on the feature

For automatic generation to work correctly, you need:

• Set an origin address as favorite.
• Define a favorite package or turn on automatic package.
• Turn on checkout (if your ecommerce platform allows it) or configure automatic shipping rules.

Steps to turn on the feature

1. Go to Ecommerce Pro > Set up your store.
2. Choose your store and click Settings.
3. Turn on the Automatic label creation section.
4. Verify that you meet all the requirements mentioned above.

Exceptions: Cases where it will not work

Automatic label generation will not be available in the following cases:

• International shipments (they require a manual process and validations)
• Orders with fulfillment status or canceled
• Shipments to Brazil (due to fiscal invoice requirements)
• Orders with customized products
• Orders with multiple origins
• Cash on delivery (COD) orders
• Unpaid orders
• Orders created more than 7 days ago

Important

For automatic label creation to work, the order must be paid before it is received. This does not apply to later updates.

What happens if I turn on the feature and my orders are not created automatically?

Verify that you meet all the requirements and that the order does not fall into any of the exceptions mentioned above.

What happens if I turn on the feature and I do not have balance in my account?

Labels will not be generated automatically if you do not have enough balance. Make sure you keep available balance in your account.
