Ship from the US to Mexico with Envia Cross-Border
Envia Cross-Border is a parcel service for shipping from the United States to Mexico. It lets you quote and generate the label in the same Create shipment flow, without arranging the crossing yourself or creating two shipments. You choose Economy or Express, review that quote’s price, and run the shipment in Envia. When you finish, you download the label and track the package in My Shipments until it is delivered in Mexico.

Sign in to your Envia.com account.

Open Create shipment.

Complete Origin address in the United States and Destination address in Mexico. Fields marked * are required.

Under Shipment type, choose Envelope or Box. Complete Contents *, Length *, Width *, Height *, and Weight *, or a saved package. Do not choose Freight: that flow does not quote Envia Cross-Border.

Click Quote. The Create shipment panel opens with the rates.

Choose Envia Cross-Border Economy or Envia Cross-Border Express. Review the price and the estimated date on that quote.
Service What it is Envia Cross-Border Economy The more economical of the two options. The estimated delivery date is on the rate. Envia Cross-Border Express The faster of the two options. On the same quote, the estimated date is earlier than Economy. -
On the rate you choose, click Generate. The label is not created yet.
If you do not see the service, confirm that origin and destination are US → Mexico and that the type is Envelope or Box. You can also use Search in the panel.
Confirm and generate the label
Section titled “Confirm and generate the label”Origin and destination are in different countries, so the Create shipment confirmation asks for the Commercial invoice. How to fill it in: Product declaration.
- Complete RFC / Tax ID for origin and destination. They are required when origin or destination is Mexico or the United States.
- Choose the export reason and declare the products in each box.
- Review the summary and accept the terms.
- Click Generate label. If you change a value, the button may switch to Update (it re-quotes) and then back to Generate label. Download and print the label.

Track the shipment
Section titled “Track the shipment”In My Shipments and in tracking you follow the package until delivery in Mexico. The service covers the full route: from origin in the US to the destination.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I ship from Mexico to the United States with Envia Cross-Border? No. It only quotes and generates from the US to Mexico.
How is it different from an international shipment with another carrier? It is the same Create shipment flow. The difference is the service: it covers the full route, and you choose Economy or Express like any other carrier, without creating one shipment in the US and another in Mexico.
Why doesn’t Envia Cross-Border appear when I quote? The origin is not the US, the destination is not Mexico, or the shipment type is Freight. It is also missing if international shipping is not enabled.
