NDR shipments

NDR (Non-Delivery Report) is the report for a shipment that could not be delivered. NDR shipments is where you review those cases, request an action from the carrier, and follow the history. If you do not act, the package can be returned to origin (RTO). From this list you can reschedule, correct data, or open support.

The menu is called NDR shipments. It is in the My Shipments group.

  1. Sign in to your Envia.com account.

  2. Go to My Shipments > NDR shipments.

  3. Choose a tab:

Tab What it is What it is for
My Shipments All shipments in the NDR list. Search by tracking number, folio, carrier, service, or recipient.
Needs attention There is still no resolved action. Prioritize what can be returned.
Requested You already asked the carrier for something. Follow the request.
RTO and delivered Returned to origin or already delivered. Close the case.
  4. Filter by status or date if you need to.

  5. In the row, use the action button that carrier offers (the label changes by shipment). If there is already a history, the button is NDR history. If there is no carrier action, you can report a problem (ticket).

Some carriers let the recipient correct the address with a link (it expires). You see the result in NDR history or in the ticket.

Is this the same as My Shipments? No. My Shipments is all labels. NDR shipments are the ones that failed delivery and need an action.

What should I do first? Open Needs attention. Handle those before they move to RTO.

Can I cancel from here? Canceling a label that has not shipped yet is in Cancel a label. NDR is for a delivery attempt that already failed.
