Customize the tracking page

When your customer wants to know where their package is, the tracking experience is part of your brand. Instead of sending them to the carrier’s generic page, you can create a tracking page with your logo, colors, banners, and even featured products, all inside Envia.com.

Your buyers enter their tracking number and see the shipment status on a page that looks like yours, not the carrier’s.

Go to Buyer experience > Tracking page to access this section.

You can have several tracking pages configured: one per destination country, one per ecommerce store, or a general one for all your shipments. The system automatically shows the page that matches the origin and destination of the shipment.

  1. Sign in to your Envia.com account

  2. Go to Buyer experience > Tracking page

  3. Click new tracking page

  4. A selector with predesigned templates will open. Choose the one closest to your brand style and click Select.

  5. Before you edit the design, complete the configuration fields:

    • Description: An internal name to identify this page (e.g. “Mexico tracking - Shopify”). It is not visible to the customer.
    • Destination country: The countries where this page will be shown. If you select “All”, it applies to any destination.
    • Stores: The ecommerce platforms where this page will be available (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  6. Use the editor to customize each section. In the right panel you will find the available content blocks:

    Block What it is for
Tracking The tracking component. Required; it shows the shipment status
Header Headings with control over font, size, color, and alignment. Includes AI suggestions
Paragraph Text blocks for descriptions or custom messages
Image Upload your own images with size and alignment control
    Carousel A sliding image gallery
Button Buttons with a link to send the customer to your store or another page
Columns Organize content in columns for more complex layouts
Divider Separator lines to organize sections
Menu Navigation bar with customizable links
Video Insert videos directly on the page
Social networks Icons with links to your social networks
    Table Content in table format
  7. Click Save in the upper-right corner when your design is ready.

Once your page is saved, the Tracking link button in the main section gives you two options to share it:

  • Web link. A direct URL you can share with your customers or include in emails and communications: https://envia.com/es-MX/tracking?company=XXXX

  • Embed on your website. An iframe code to embed the tracking page directly inside your store or website, so the customer can track without leaving your page.

Do my customers need an Envia.com account to use the page? No. The page is public; anyone with the tracking number can track their shipment without signing in.

Can I have several pages at the same time? Yes. You can create a page per country, per store, or a general one. The system will automatically show the one that matches the shipment.

What happens if I do not have any page configured? Tracking will still work, but it will show the generic Envia.com page, without your brand or customization.

Can I edit a page that is already published? Yes. Go to the page list, select the one you want to change, edit, and save.

Does the tracking page work on mobile? Yes. The templates are responsive and adapt automatically to any screen size.
