View invoices and payments
Invoices is where you review invoices (the tax receipt for what you paid), top-ups, and payments. The balance is the amount your company has to pay for shipments. The screen is at Invoices.
View invoices
Section titled “View invoices”- Go to shipping.envia.com.
- Open Invoices.
- Review the list: top-ups, payments, and invoices.
Depending on what your account shows, you can see movements, generate or download invoices, or open the details. The buttons depend on the country and the account type.
Top up balance
Section titled “Top up balance”If in your menu or in Invoices you see the option to top up or pay, use it there.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Is Invoices the same as Analytics? No. Analytics summarizes the shipping month. Invoices is payments, top-ups, and billing.
I do not see Invoices. It can be the role or the country. Whoever administers the account usually does see it. If it does not appear, go to Contact.
I paid for a shipment and I cannot find the invoice. Open it in Invoices. If it is not there, wait a moment or write to us from Contact.
