Send and pick up packages at branches

A branch drop-off shipment is when a delivery is made or a package is sent. This process can involve preparing the package, choosing a shipping method, tracking the package until it arrives at its destination, and confirming delivery.

Steps to create a branch drop-off shipment

1. Go to envia.com > Create shipment
2. Enter the origin and destination address
3. Click quote and look for the branch indicator. You can use the filter to make the search easier.
   • Depending on the services, we have home to branch, branch to branch, or branch to home options.
4. Before you create the label, you will see a map with all branches. Select the one you prefer and create the label.
5. For future shipments, if you ship from the same origin or destination, the last branch used will be preselected automatically.
6. Turn on WhatsApp notifications so your customer receives the branch details, including the address and a link to view it in their app with a map.

What do I need to pick up my package at the branch?

To pick up your package at the branch, you need to meet two criteria:

• Official ID (INE, IFE, or passport).
• Package tracking number.
