Withdraw COD money
If you have received cash on delivery payments and want that money in your bank account, follow these simple steps to withdraw from Ecart Pay. Remember that you can request a withdrawal once every 24 hours.
How to withdraw cash on delivery money
Section titled “How to withdraw cash on delivery money”To withdraw your cash on delivery (COD) money from Ecart Pay, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Ecart Pay account.
- Go to the Withdrawals section and select Create withdrawal.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click Continue.
- Enter your password to confirm the request and click Accept.

Section titled “Mexico”- Requests can be made once every 24 hours and are reviewed on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am (Mexico time).
Colombia
Section titled “Colombia”- Requests must be uploaded the day before to be processed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- It is required to send the bank certification to facturacion.co@envia.com.
- The payment will appear in your account within 24 to 48 hours, according to your financial institution’s interbank transfer time policies.

- Mexico: No, there are no withdrawal fees. Fees are applied before the money is credited to your Ecart Pay account.
- Colombia: There are no fees, but there is a transaction charge of $5,000 COP, which corresponds to the interbank transfer cost.

Contact our support team with the transaction number and your country of origin.
What should I do if I do not receive my money?
Contact support to check the status of your request. Common problems can include:
- Labels not delivered.
- Negative balance.
- Incorrect bank information.
What payment methods are available to withdraw money from Ecart Pay?
All Ecart Pay payments are made by electronic transfers, including SPEI.
What are the withdrawal limits in Ecart Pay?
- Mexico: The minimum amount is $0.01 MXN and the maximum is the available balance in your account.
- Colombia: The transaction cost ($5,000 COP) will be deducted from the available balance. The maximum amount to withdraw is the total available balance in your account, minus this cost.
