Verifying your account is an essential step to activate all platform features and ensure a secure experience. This process confirms your identity and lets you ship with full access and responsibility.
- Full access to tools and advanced features.
- Greater security in managing your shipments.
- Required to issue labels with certain carriers and for invoicing.
Steps to verify my account

Sign in to Envia.com and go to My company.

Click the Pending button.

Select the verification type:

Choose your place of residence: United States of America or other.

Upload the required documents for your country. You can upload files or use your phone or computer camera.

Take a selfie in real time.

Click Finish and save while we process your data.

Common reasons for rejection
Section titled “Common reasons for rejection”Avoid these frequent errors so your verification is approved the first time.
1. Incorrect or incomplete information
- Inaccurate personal data: Make sure your name, date of birth, and other personal details match your identity document exactly.
- Incomplete documents: All required fields must be filled with the correct information.
2. Selfie mismatch
- Your selfie must clearly match the image on your official document.
- The photo must be taken in real time, with good lighting and sharpness.
3. Unsatisfactory age
- Verify that you meet the minimum required age, according to our Terms and conditions.
4. Invalid document
- It must be a valid official document (not school or library cards).
- The quality of the photo provided is inadequate (blurry, dark, with glare, etc.). Make sure you upload a clear, well-lit photo.
- Submitting altered or forged documents will result in immediate denial of verification.
- Documents or photos that appear edited with graphics software will not be accepted. Provide original images with no alterations.
- Screenshots of documents are not accepted. Upload clear photos or scans of the original documents.
5. Duplicate account
- Verification is being performed by a User with duplicate documents or information on our platform/database.
