Configure carriers and services

From this section you can manage which carriers and services are active in your account. Activating only the options you use helps keep the quoter clean and focused on your real options.

Note

This section is only available to users with the Admin role or higher. The Support and Client roles do not have access.

How to access

1. Sign in to your Envia.com account
2. Go to Create shipment > Print format and Carriers.
3. You will see the list of all carriers available for your country. You can filter by name using the search box at the top.

Activate or deactivate a carrier

Each carrier shows a badge with its current status: Active or Inactive.

To activate a carrier:

1. Find the carrier you want to activate.
2. Click the Inactive badge or the Activate button.
3. The carrier will be active immediately.

To deactivate a carrier:

1. Click the Active badge or the Services button.

2. A confirmation modal will open. Click Deactivate to confirm.

   Note

   When you deactivate a carrier, it will no longer appear in quoter results. It does not affect labels already generated.

   Note

   Some carriers may be deactivated by the platform administrator and cannot be reactivated from your account.

Activate or deactivate individual services

Each carrier offers multiple services (for example: Express, Standard, Ground, International). You can activate only the ones you need.

1. Click the carrier’s Services button.
2. The modal with all available services will open.
3. Use the toggle next to each service to activate or deactivate it.

The main toggle at the top of the modal activates or deactivates all services for that carrier at once.

Note

Services marked as deactivated by the administrator cannot be changed from your account.

Filter by country

If your account operates in several countries, use the Country selector to see the carriers available in each region. The list updates automatically when you change the selected country.
