Accept payments in your store with EcartPay

Selling online is more than sending packages. You also need to collect payment securely and easily. EcartPay is the payment solution integrated with Envia.com that lets you accept payments directly in your store, without hiring outside services or going through complicated setup.

When you turn on EcartPay, your customers can pay with card, cash, months without interest, and more methods, all inside your store and without being redirected to another page.

Note

💡 EcartPay charges a rate from 0.4% per transaction. There is no activation fee or monthly fee.

Compatible platforms

EcartPay is available for the following stores connected to Envia.com:

Note

Some payment methods such as SPEI or MSI may be available depending on your store’s country. Exact availability is confirmed during activation.

Checkout options for Shopify

If your store is Shopify, you will see two available options. You can have only one active at a time:

• Transparent Checkout (Most popular). The customer pays without leaving your store, directly on your site. It accepts credit and debit cards, offers months without interest, and includes advanced antifraud protection. It is the option that generates more conversions because it does not interrupt the purchase process.

• EcartPay Checkout. Accepts a wider variety of payment methods such as cash, in addition to card and debit. It includes a self-invoicing portal for your customers and advanced antifraud protection.

Note

If you want to switch from one option to the other, first turn off the current option and then install the new one.

How to turn on EcartPay in your store

1. Sign in to your Envia.com account.

2. In the side menu, go to Ecommerce Pro > Set up your store.

3. Select the store you want to configure.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the EcartPay section.

5. Choose the checkout option available for your platform.

6. Click Install or turn on the corresponding option.

7. Follow the on-screen activation steps.

   Note

   The activation process can vary by platform. Some cases require installing an additional app or plugin in your store.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an activation fee?

No. You are only charged a rate on each successful transaction, from 0.4%.

Can I use EcartPay if I already have another payment processor active?

It depends on your platform. Some allow multiple payment methods at the same time. Check your platform documentation to confirm.

Do payments appear in My Shipments?

No. EcartPay manages charges for your sales, not your shipments. You can review the payment history from the EcartPay billing portal.

What if my store is not in the list of compatible platforms?

EcartPay is available for Shopify, Tiendanube, WooCommerce, Prestashop, and VTEX. If you use another platform, this feature is not available for you yet.
