The Envia API lets developers integrate shipping functionality directly into their platforms, online stores, or internal systems. Below we answer the most common questions about how it works, its capabilities, and costs.

Is an API available for developing custom integrations? Yes. You can access the Envia.com API to integrate shipping into your own applications or systems.

Does the API support returns management? Yes. Through the API you can generate labels for returns, making reverse logistics easier from your own system.

Can I freely select the carrier for each shipment? Yes. The API lets you choose the carrier you prefer for each shipment, giving you full flexibility based on your needs.

Is it possible to print shipping labels? Yes. Once a label is generated with the API, you get a PDF file through a URL that you can download and print easily.

Does the API offer options to generate shipment reports? No. Currently, report generation must be done directly from the Envia.com platform. This function is not available through the API.

What is the cost associated with using the API? There is no additional cost for using the API. You only pay the cost corresponding to each label generated, with no extra fees for the integration.
