Analytics summarizes how your shipments moved during the month: volume, destinations, and what the account shows in charts or tables. It is in Analytics.
It is not Invoices (what you paid) or My Shipments (the detail of each label).
Open Analytics
Section titled “Open Analytics”- Go to shipping.envia.com.
- Open Analytics.
- Review the period (the month) and the charts or tables your account shows.
If your menu includes ecommerce analytics, use them only if you sell with a connected store.
