Quote history
Quote history stores the quotes you requested: you can open a row, compare carriers, and resume a quote later. It is in Quote history.
It is useful when you quoted and did not generate the label at that moment. A quote is only prices and options; it is not a shipment until you generate and pay for the label.
Open the history
Section titled “Open the history”- Go to shipping.envia.com.
- In the quote menu, open the history.
- Choose a quote to see the carrier options.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Is a quote already a shipment? No. Until you pay or confirm in Create shipment, there is no label.
The quote changed price. Weight, dimensions, or the day can change the rate. Quote again if you are going to generate the label.
