Edit the contact when you schedule a pickup

When you schedule a pickup, you can change the name and phone of the person the carrier should contact at the origin. Those details go straight to the carrier so they know who to reach when they collect. That contact is used only for this pickup. The street and your saved address stay the same.

Steps to edit the contact

1. Sign in to your Envia.com account.
2. Open Pick-up.
3. Choose Schedule a Pickup.
4. In the Pickups panel, open the Boxes - Envelopes tab and find the origin.
5. Next to the address, choose the pencil.
6. Enter Full name and Phone Number. Both are required. The phone must be valid for the prefix you choose.
7. Save applies the contact to this pickup. Cancel closes the form without changing it.
8. Continue with Continue pickup.
9. Confirm with Request pickup.

If the panel shows several origins, edit the contact on each one that needs it.

Note

Save does not update your saved address. The next time you open the panel, the origin shows the name and phone from that address again.
