Complete your profile

Completing your profile is the first step on Home: a panel with questions about how you use Envia. Until you finish it, the steps box stays pending and you do not move on to verify or to your first label.

The platform defines the questions based on the country. This guide does not list every field: follow the form.

Before you start

• Account created and signed in.
• The company name (the business you ship with) may already be filled in if you entered it when you signed up.

Complete the profile

1. Go to shipping.envia.com.
2. Open Home.
3. In the welcome steps, open the complete profile step. If it is not ready yet, the panel may also appear when you enter.
4. Answer the questions. Required ones must be filled in to continue.
5. Continue until you finish. There are usually several screens.

When it is complete, the panel closes and that step is marked done on Home. The next job is to verify the account.

Frequently asked questions

I closed the panel without finishing. Go back to Home and open the first step again. Progress is saved: you resume on the screen you still need.

Is it the same as verifying? No. The profile is how you use Envia. Verification confirms your identity with documents (individual / KYC or legal entity / KYB).

Do I have to connect the store in this panel? No. Connecting the store is a separate, optional step in the same Home box.
