Sync your Ecommerce Pro orders

When you have an online store connected to Envia.com, your orders sync automatically. Sometimes an order does not appear or needs to be updated: the customer made a last-minute change, there was a connection issue, or you simply want to confirm everything is current.

With the Ecommerce Pro sync menu you control which orders to sync, the date range, and which of your stores to include, without interrupting your workflow.

  1. Sign in to your Envia.com account.
  2. Go to Ecommerce Pro > View orders.
  3. At the top of the table you will see two items:
    • The Refresh button — reloads the table while keeping the applied filters.
    • The three-dot button (…) — opens the sync options menu.
Option What it does
Sync new orders Brings in orders that do not yet exist in Envia.com
Sync existing orders Updates the status of orders already registered
Sync new and existing orders Combines both actions in a single sync
Sync a specific order Syncs one order by its identification number

The first three options open a window where you set the parameters:

  1. Select the date range. Use the quick options or customize it:⚠️ The maximum date range is 1 month.
    • Today
    • Last 3 days
    • This week
    • Custom
  2. Select the stores you want to include. You can search by name or select Select all to include them in one click.
  3. Click Sync to start.

If you know exactly which order you need to update:

  1. Select Sync a specific order from the menu.

  2. Choose the store that order comes from.

  3. Enter the order number as it appears in your ecommerce platform.

  4. Click Sync.

Once the sync finishes, you will see the result in a window with three columns: Store, Order, and Status. Each processed order appears with a green Synced badge.

The sync runs in the background. You can close or minimize the window without stopping the process. While it syncs, a status button appears in the header so you can monitor progress or reopen the window whenever you want.

When it finishes, the orders table updates automatically.
