Your first steps with Envia
This guide takes you from sign-up to your first label (the document the carrier uses to pick up and deliver the package). The order matches Home on shipping.envia.com. If you already have an account, skip to the step you still need.
Envia lets you quote (see prices and carriers) and generate domestic and international shipments in one place.
1. Create your account
Section titled “1. Create your account”Sign up at envia.com with an active email and a valid phone number, or use a link from an account executive.

2. Complete your profile
Section titled “2. Complete your profile”When you enter, shipping opens a panel on Home with questions about how you use Envia. Finish it so the first step is marked complete.

3. Verify your account
Section titled “3. Verify your account”Verification confirms who you are with documents. There are two types: individual (KYC) is you; legal entity (KYB) is your company. It is usually required to generate labels or top up balance (the company’s amount to pay for shipments). Quoting can often be done without verification.
- On Home, open the verify step, or go to Verification.
- Choose individual or legal entity and upload the documents the screen asks for.

4. Billing information
Section titled “4. Billing information”On Home there is an optional billing information step. You can skip it. To generate the label you usually do need balance or a payment.

5. Save addresses and packages
Section titled “5. Save addresses and packages”Origin, destination, and dimensions are reused when you quote. Add them in Addresses and Packages.

6. Quote and generate your first shipment
Section titled “6. Quote and generate your first shipment”- Open Quote to see prices, or go directly to Create shipment.
- Enter origin, destination, weight, and dimensions.
- Choose a carrier, pay or use balance, and print the label.

If you sell in a store
Section titled “If you sell in a store”On Home, connecting the store is optional. You can skip it and create labels by hand.
When you want to bring in orders (your ecommerce sales), use Connect your store.

Section titled “Next: your account and your team”Users, other companies, email, phone, and two-step authentication are not first-day tasks. They continue under Account, further down in this menu.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Do I need to verify the account to quote? You can quote without verifying. To generate the label or top up balance, it is usually required.
Do I have to connect a store on the first day? No. The step is optional on Home. Create shipment works with origin, destination, and package entered by hand.
Where do I see my shipments after I create them? In My shipments. To search by number, use Track.
